Middle Blocker
Middle / CentreThe tallest players, who anchor the block across the whole net and hit fast, quick sets through the middle.

Responsibilities
- Reads the setter and moves along the net to block every attacker.
- Hits quick attacks (1s, slides, shoots) to pull the opposing block.
- Usually replaced by the libero in the back row.
- Transitions quickly from blocking to attacking.
