BeginnerForearm Pass (Bump)
The foundation of volleyball: the ball rebounds off a flat "platform" made by the forearms. Used for serve receive, free balls and many digs.

πͺ Step by step
- Get into a ready position: feet shoulder-width apart, knees bent, weight forward.
- Move your feet to get behind the ball β your body should be in line with it.
- Join your hands (one hand cupped in the other, thumbs parallel) and lock your elbows.
- Angle the platform toward the target and contact the ball on the forearms, above the wrists.
- Use your legs and shoulders β not a big arm swing β to direct the ball.
