How do libero replacements work?

Libero replacements are unlimited and don’t count as substitutions. The libero swaps with a back-row player while the ball is out of play, through the libero replacement zone.

There must be a completed rally between two libero replacements, and the libero can only be replaced by the player they replaced (or the second libero).
